The official lineup for the last FIBA 3×3 World Tour Challenger in Deqing, set for November 2-3, 2024, has been announced. This is the final opportunity for teams to qualify for Shenzhen 2024 ahead of the Hong Kong final. Among the teams is China’s Wuxi Huishan, featuring NBA star DeMarcus “Boogie” Cousins. In the recent Macau Masters, Cousins sat out the last game following a dispute with the referees.

It appears Boogie will also miss the Deqing Challenger, as he isn’t in the team’s starting lineup. This Challenger is currently the last scheduled event for Wuxi Huishan. If they perform well, there’s a chance fans could see DeMarcus Cousins at the Shenzhen Masters before the season ends.

A comment from the Wuxi Huishan team was not available at the time of publication.
